History

The Eurasian Missions Society was formed in 2003 to develop and maintain Christian programs designed to facilitate spiritual and material support for Eurasian churches. The organization is comprised of a Leadership Council composed of members of the supporting churches and is governed by its Board of Directors. Since its inception, Eurasian Missions has provided millions of dollars to support the spreading of the Gospel in Eurasia. Additionally, we have been able to sponsor a number of trips to Eurasia to provide ecclesiastical support to the leaders and members of various Eurasian churches.

Financial Information

For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men.
II Corinthians 8:21

Eurasian Missions has received a favorable determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service stating that it is exempt from income tax under Section 501(a) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3), and contributions to EM are tax deductible within the limitations prescribed by the Code.

It is the intention of Eurasian Missions to operate as efficiently as possible so that the donated dollars can have the greatest effect on the spiritual development of the people in Eurasia.

In an effort to be above reproach, Eurasian Missions has engaged an auditing firm to provide an opinion on our financial reports. The financial reports—along with the auditing firm opinions—are below:

The board of directors provides fiscal oversight and is responsible for the well-being of the organization. Donations accepted are to be used by Eurasian Missions to carry out its exempt purpose. The board of directors has complete discretion of the use of the funds contributed to the organization in order to carry out this exempt purpose.

The spiritual leadership of the mission society's member churches are invaluable and are a primary reason for the success of our mission to spread the Gospel in Eurasia.
